At UTrust Property Management, we use the Renti platform to simplify the rental process for tenants. Renti ensures your application is handled securely and efficiently.
We will include our bank account details in the agreement. Once you've paid the move-in costs, you can set up an automatic transaction for the weekly rent payment.

If you miss a payment, your property manager will reach out to discuss it and arrange payment. Multiple missed payments could lead to further action, as outlined in your tenancy agreement.

The bond, usually four weeks’ rent, is collected before move-in and lodged with Tenancy Services. This bond acts as a security deposit and is refundable after tenancy, subject to property inspection and any deductions for damages.
