Basic instructions: The roller blind should be raised or lowered by gently pulling downwards on the chain – please do not pull the chain across the blind on an angle as this will fray the fabric over time and is not covered by our warranty. Do not try to pull the small clear ball (chain stopper) into the control unit and this can damage the control unit over time. Before opening a window or sliding door that the blind may be covering – please pull the blind up first, reaching behind the fabric to do this may damage the blind. Caring for your blind: On windy days, please close the windows or raise the blinds to prevent them from being damaged. Surface dust can be removed using a duster / soft cloth. The fabric can be wiped with a damp cloth using only warm water– we do not recommend using a cleaning product on the blinds.

Basic instructions: To tilt the slats simply pull the cord up or down to tilt the slats to the desired direction – this cord is located in the outer edge of the blind. To raise the blind pull the cord (this is the cord closest to the centre of the blind) and move the cord slightly away from the blind to feel it “grab” the lock. To lower the blind pull the cord toward the centre of the blind to “unlock” the blind and gently lower. When opening a window, please pull the blind up first and don’t try to put your hand through the slats. The slats should be open when raising or lowering the blind. Caring for your blind: On windy days, please close the windows or raise the blinds to prevent them from being damaged. Surface dust can be removed using a duster / soft cloth. We recommend using Pledge (furniture cleaning spray) once every couple of years to keep your blinds in pristine condition.

Surface dust can be removed using a duster / soft cloth. The slats can be wiped with a damp cloth using only warm water or cleaned using a car wash cleaner.

Basic instructions: To turn the vanes (fabric part) – pull the chain one way to open and the opposite direction to close. To open and close the blinds (stacking to left, right or centre opening) – ensure vanes are open to the 90degree angel to the window and then pull the cord. Don’t open the blinds with the vanes in the closed position as this can damage the track and is not covered under warranty. When opening a window or door, please always open the blind first, do not put your hands through the vanes to do this. Caring for your blind: On windy days, draw the vertical blinds away from the window or door if it is open, or close the window / door behind them. Do not let them flap around in the wind. Surface dust can be removed using a duster / soft cloth. The vanes can be wiped with a damp cloth using only warm water– we do not recommend using a cleaning product on the blinds. Prior to opening or closing the blinds, ensure that the bottom weights (and chain if applicable) is not caught on anything.
